Organize and combine
Open one or more PDFs. Insert additional PDFs after the current page, drag thumbnails to reorder them, or use the move buttons. Select pages with checkboxes to delete or extract them. Rotation and duplication apply to the current page.
Add your own content
Add text or a PNG/JPEG image. Drag it on the page and adjust its position, font, size, color, dimensions, or opacity in Properties. Undo and redo cover page and overlay changes.
Save your work
Export PDF creates a finished PDF. Save project creates a .nbpdf file with your documents and editable overlays. Keep your original PDFs. This first version rebuilds exported pages: interactive forms, links, comments, bookmarks, attachments, and digital signatures may not survive. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked in another trusted tool first.
Install on Windows and mobile
The Windows download is a portable 64-bit app: run the EXE, with no installer required. It bundles the editor for offline use. It is unsigned. For Android, use Chrome’s Install app or Add to Home Screen. For iPhone/iPad, open in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen. The mobile app is a browser-installed web app, not an APK or App Store package.
Privacy and limits
Document processing happens on your device. PDFs are not uploaded. The website caches app assets for offline use after its first successful load. Your document workspace remains in memory until you export or save a project. Suggested limits: 100 MB per PDF, 250 pages per workspace, and 20 MB per image. Complex files may exceed the memory available on a phone. Scanned PDFs are viewable; OCR and existing-text editing are not included.
Keyboard: Ctrl/Cmd+Z undo · Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z redo · Delete removes a selected overlay · Escape clears overlay selection.
